You’re invited to our Open House!
Sunday, June 13th, 12 Noon to 5 PM
The Ark and The Dove is excited to officially open its doors and (re)connect with our friends and neighbors. We are looking forward to seeing you!
Join us for Mass, food, fellowship, tours of our historic yet updated facilities, testimonies of what the Lord is doing here, and praise of God’s goodness.
Note: Parking for this event is off-site with a FREE shuttle.

12:00pm Mass at our outdoor evangelization area; Fr. Joe Freedy will be the celebrant, with Brendan and Mirella Tobin providing music
1:00pm Lunch With a FREE food truck! (Thanks @NatureOfFire)

2:00pm Tours of The Ark and The Dove
3:00pm Testimonies from the DLJC Sisters
5:00pm Open House ends, but the fire keeps burning! Stay as long as you want for fellowship!

Parking and Shuttle Information
Parking on-site at The Ark and The Dove is very limited, and will be reserved for guests with access and functional needs.
Everyone attending this event in person is invited to use our FREE parking and shuttle service!
Parking/Shuttle Location: St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 2554 Wildwood Rd, Allison Park, PA 15101
Shuttle will run from 11:00am-6:00pm, every 15 minutes
Shuttles are full-size school busses, operated by WL Roenigk Bus Company
What if people want to stay past 6:00pm? What about prayer team leaders staying past 6:00pm?
If guests want to stay past 6:00pm, but their car is at the parking lot, guests will need to arrange their own ride from The Ark and The Dove to their vehicle.
It will be a wonderful time of fellowship and guests are welcome to remain at The Ark and The Dove past 6:00pm, but the shuttle will not ride past 6:00pm.
At 6:00pm, the remaining guests could take the last shuttle and bring their cars back to The Ark and The Dove if they want to continue to fellowship.
Can people with disabilities park at The Ark and The Dove?
YES. For guests who have access/functional needs and cannot take a shuttle, please come directly to The Ark and The Dove. The parking team on-site will greet you at your vehicle and instruct you where to park on site at The Ark and The Dove.
What if people come to The Ark and The Dove without knowing they have to park elsewhere?
We have a parking team on-site at The Ark and The Dove who will be directing guests where to park. They will be handing out directions to the parking and shuttle service at St. Catherine of Sweden Church.
What type of shuttle is this?
We reserved 3 full size school busses (capacity for 48 people) from WL Roenigk Bus Service. The parking lot and shuttle service is 4 miles from The Ark and The Dove- not far- but will take about 15 minutes one-way.
One bus will always be loading at St. Catherine of Sweden, and one bus will always be loading at The Ark and The Dove. The third bus will always be in transit between. Hopefully this will prevent any long waits for the guests.
What if someone needs to leave in the middle of the event? Or arrive late?
The busses will be running continuously throughout the entire timeframe of 11:00am-6:00pm. If a person needs to leave early, the shuttle will take them back to their vehicle immediately.
Details About The Open House
Time: 12:00-5:00pm. If you cannot attend the whole event, join us when you can!
Is Registration Required? Nope!
Food: There will be a free food truck, provided by Nature of Fire, beginning at 1:00pm.
Parking: Parking is off site, and a free shuttle will be provided. Please see “Parking and Shuttle Information.”
What should you bring? Bug spray, and your own lawn chair/blankets.
Who is invited? Everyone! This is a family-friendly event, and people of all backgrounds are welcome.
