Michelle was elected to the Board of The Ark and The Dove, Inc. in 201_ given her international prominence and network, overall Renewal leadership, and experience in coordinating with Church hierarchy, especially at the Vatican. She brings to The Ark and The Dove evangelistic fervor and desire to extend the current of grace in raising up young leaders. 

Other Current Catholic Charismatic Renewal (Renewal) Leadership Positions: Internationally known, she travels worldwide as a preacher, teacher, and evangelist, and she has served as mentor, consultant, and facilitator. Michelle, along with her husband Peter, are Founding Members of Sion Catholic Community for Evangelism, a Catholic community of priests, religious and lay people, located in UK and Ireland.  

Past Renewal and Catholic Apostolate Leadership Positions: President of International Charismatic Renewal Services (ICCRS) in the Vatican from 2006 to 2017; Appointed by Pope Francis along with Pino Scafuro to create an international service for the current of grace, established in 2019 as Catholic Charismatic Renewal International Service (CHARIS International), which is under the Dicastery of Laity, Family and Life; Appointed by Pope Benedict XVI to be a Member of the Pontifical Council for the Laity from 2008 to 2016; Chair of the National Service Committee for the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in England and Wales; one of the Co-founders along with Peter of the Sion Catholic Community for Evangelism. She has served as Community Director of Training, Leader of the Parish Mission Team and Community leader. She is a board member of several Catholic charities in the UK. 

Personal: She was baptized in the Holy Spirit as a teenager and has been involved in the Renewal from her youth. Michelle and Peter have been married for 44 years, and they reside in London. They often minister together at conferences, retreats, and speaking events.

Professional: Michelle has been involved in full-time ministry for 40 years and has authored several books and articles on evangelization. She has a Bachelor of Education degree in Religious Studies and Sociology from London University and a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Theology from Cambridge Theological Federation. Michelle was a college professor in London for five years before embarking in full-time ministry.
